一、个人简介

任彦栋,男,博士,副研究员,硕士研究生导师。2018年博士毕业于中国科学院昆明动物研究所,随后进入西北工业大学生态环境学院从事博士后研究工作,2022年进入js33333金沙线路检测工作。目前为止,以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)身份在 《Cell》《Nature Genetics》《Science Advances》《Nature Ecology& Evolution》《Molecular Ecology Resources》《Insert Science》《GigaScience》 等国内外期刊上发表论文18篇。研究成果得到了国内外媒体的广泛报道和同行专家的认可。以普通作者身份发表论文15篇,已发表论文共33篇。主持国家自然科学基金项目1项,中央高校项目1项。现任陕西省动物学会理事。目前为本科生讲授专业必修课《动物学》《动物学实验》、专业任选课《进化基因组学与生物信息学》,开设研究生公共选修课《多组学数据分析与整合》。

二、主要研究领域及兴趣

研究方向为进化基因组学,主要从事动物演化过程中重要节点物种的遗传进化与创新机制的研究,以及新性染色体的起源与进化。
