中国政府奖学金“高水平研究生”项目（原名：“高校研究生”项目）是由中国政府资助的面向国际学生的全额奖学金项目，用于资助优秀外国青年学生来华攻读研究生学位。
为吸引更多的外国优秀青年学生来校学习，我校现开展中国政府奖学金“高水平研究生”项目招生工作，欢迎优秀国际学生申请报名。
Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) High-level Graduate Program is a full scholarship program funded by the Chinese government for international students to pursue graduate degrees in China.
In order to attract more outstanding young foreign students to our university, we are now conducting the recruitment of CSC High-level Graduate Scholarship Program. Excellent international students are welcome to apply for the program.
一、招生类别及专业
（一）招生类别：硕士研究生、博士研究生
（二）招生专业：生物学、生态学、生物与医药。所有的专业均为中文授课专业。

三、报名条件
（一）非中国籍公民，身心健康
（二）年龄和学历要求
1.申请攻读硕士学位者，应当具有学士学位或同等学力，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过35周岁；
2.申请攻读博士学位者，应当具有硕士学位或同等学力，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过40周岁。
（三）语言要求
1.中文授课专业：HSK4级；
2.英文授课专业：雅思6.0或托福60（母语、官方语言为英文的申请者免提交英文水平证书）。
（四）优先录取已有科研成果或各类奖励的申请人
Ⅲ. Application Requirements
1. Citizens of a country other than the People's Republic of China, in good health both mentally and physically.

2.1. For Master Program Application: Bachelor's degree holders under the age of 35 ;
2.2. For Ph.D Program Application: Master's degree holders under the age of 40.
3. Language Proficiency
3.1. Chinese-taught Programs: HSK Level 4;
3.2. English-taught Programs: IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 60 (Applicants whose mother tongue and official language is English may be exempted from submitting a Certificate of English Proficiency.)
4. Awards and achievements in scientific researches are favorable.
四、申请程序
（一）在线申请
申请人需登录“金沙1005cc登录网址是多少国际学生在线服务系统”（https://snnu.17gz.org/）和“中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统”（http://www.campuschina.org）在线填写申请信息。金沙1005cc登录网址是多少机构代码：10718，留学项目种类为B。并将以下材料上传至系统：
1.护照首页（有效期若早于2024年9月，请及时换发新护照）；
2.经公证的最高学历证明（如申请人为在校学生，须提交本人就读学校出具的预计毕业证明或在学证明）；
3.学习成绩单（自本科阶段起，直至最近一学期的中／英文成绩单，成绩单应由就读学校教务处、研究生院或有关学生管理部门开具并盖章；如英语以外语种，需另提供英文翻译并公证）；
4.语言能力证明。申请中文授课专业需提供两年有效期内的HSK4级及以上证书，英文授课专业需提供雅思或托福成绩单等。曾使用中文为教学语言获得中国高校学位的，无须提供HSK证明；
5.来华学习计划。应提交中/英文学习计划（不少于1000字），博士研究生须由中方导师签字，学习计划只可用中文或英文书写；
6.推荐信。提交两名教授或副教授的推荐信，内容应重点包含对申请人来华学习目标要求，中方院校或者中方导师与国外导师的合作情况或者校际交流情况，以及对学生综合能力，未来发展的评价，只可用中文或英文书写；
7.年龄不满18周岁的申请人，须提交在华法定监护人的相关法律文件；
8.《外国人体格检查表》（此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，须英文填写。缺页、未贴本人照片、照片上未盖骑缝章或无医师和医院签字盖章的检查表为无效，检查结果有效期为6个月）；
9.由申请人所在地公安机关出具的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件；
10.已发表的科研论文或专利、获得的奖励等能反映科研能力及综合素质的支撑材料。
备注：以上材料应使用中/英文，如为其他语言文本，应提供中/英文翻译件并公证。
（二）学校考核
学校对申请人进行初审、面试及综合考核后，确定拟推荐人员名单，为拟推荐人选出具预录取通知书，面试时间另行通知。
预录取学生将被推荐至国家留学基金管理委员会参加CSC学术审核。
（三）国家留学基金委评审
国家留学基金委对申请人进行专家评审，确定最终录取名单。
（四）公布录取结果
学校将在留学陕师大网站（http://admission.snnu.edu.cn/）公布最终录取结果，并寄送录取材料。

IV. Online Application
Log on SNNU Online Application System (https://snnu.17gz.org/) and CSC Online Application System (http://www.campuschina.org/) The agency number of SNNU is 10718, and students should choose type B. Applicants shall fill in the application information online and upload the following application materials:
1.1 A copy of Passport Home Page. If applicant's current passport expires before September 2024, applicants shall apply for a new passport before submitting the application;
1.2 A notarized highest diploma. Prospective diploma winners shall submit official proof of student status by their current school. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations;
1.3 Academic transcripts (from the undergraduate program onwards). Copies of academic records from first to last semester during the undergraduate, graduate (if any), and doctoral programs (if any) shall be provided. These transcripts shall be issued and sealed by the attending university's academic affairs office, graduate school,or student management department.
1.4 Language qualification certificates. Applicants for Chinese-taught programs shall submit valid reports of HSK Level 4 and above. Applicants for English-taught programs shall provide valid English language proficiency certificates like IELTS or TOFEL report. Applicants who have received a degree from Chinese university or using Chinese as the language of instruction are not required to provide proof of the HSK.
1.5 A study plan proposal written in Chinese or English with more than 1000 characters or words;
1.6 Two Recommendation letters (written only in Chinese or English) from professors or associate professors.These letters shall describe the applicant's objectives of learning in China, comprehensive abilities, and evaluation of future growth, as well as the cooperation between the supervisors or the exchange between universities of both sides;
1.7 Applicants under the age of 18 shall submit the valid documents of their legal guardians in China;
1.8 A photocopy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form completed in English (the original copy shall be kept by the applicant). The form is designed by the Chinese quarantine authority and can be obtained from the dispatching authority. The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. Please select the appropriate time to take a physical examination as the result is valid for only 6 months.
1.9 Non-criminal record report. Applicants shall submit a valid certificate of Non-Criminal Record issued by the local public security authority, usually issued within 6 months prior to the submission date of the application.
1.10 Published scientific research papers or patents, awards and other supporting materials that can reflect applicant's scientific research ability and comprehensive quality.
The above materials should be in Chinese or English,and must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations if they are in languages other than Chinese or English.
2. University Review
The university will review application materials, organize interviews and comprehensive assessment for applicants, then finally announce the shortlisted candidates and issue the pre-admission letter. The arrangement of interview will be announced afterwards. Pre-admitted students will be recommended to CSC.
3. Accredited by CSC
The CSC expert committee will assess all the applicants' materials and the final admission list will be determined by CSC.
4. Announcement of Admission Results
The university will publicize the admission result through the website of Study at SNNU (http://admission.snnu.edu.cn/).

申请人须于2024年2月16日前完成网上报名。
