中国政府奖学金“高水平研究生”项目（原名：“高校研究生”项目）是由中国政府资助的面向国际学生的全额奖学金项目，用于资助优秀外国青年学生来华攻读研究生学位。

为吸引更多的外国优秀青年学生来校学习，我校现开展中国政府奖学金“高水平研究生”项目招生工作，欢迎优秀国际学生申请报名。

Chinese Government Scholarship (CSC) High-level Graduate Program is a full scholarship program funded by the Chinese government for international students to pursue graduate degrees in China.

In order to attract more outstanding young foreign students to our university, we are now conducting the recruitment of CSC High-level Graduate Scholarship Program. Excellent international students are welcome to apply for the program.

 

一、招生类别及专业

（一）招生类别：硕士研究生、博士研究生

（二）招生专业：生物学、生态学、教育学。所有的专业均为中文授课专业。

I. Enrollment category and major

1. Enrollment category: This scholarship supports students who will pursue a master’s degree, PhD's degree at College of Life and Science of SNNU.

2. Enrollment major:

Biology, Ecology, Pedagogy. All major are Chinese-taught program.

 

二、资助内容

奖学金为全额奖学金，内容包括：

1. 免学费及注册费

2. 免住宿费

3. 提供生活费：

硕士研究生：3000元/月

博士研究生：3500元/月

4. 提供综合医疗保险

Ⅱ. Scholarship Coverage and Criteria

This is a full scholarship which covers:

1. Registration and tuition

2. Accommodation on campus

3. Living stipend:

Master’s students: CNY 3,000 per month

Doctoral students: CNY 3,500 per month

4. Medical insurance

 

三、申请资格

（一）非中国籍公民，身心健康

（二）年龄和学历要求

1.申请攻读硕士学位者，应当具有学士学位或同等学力，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过35周岁；

2.申请攻读博士学位者，应当具有硕士学位或同等学力，学习成绩优秀，年龄一般不超过40周岁。

（三）语言要求

中文水平原则上至少达到汉语水平考试（HSK）四级。申请人中文水平未达到汉语水平考试（HSK）四级 180 分的，需在指定的预科院校进行为期一年的预科学习。

（四）优先录取已有科研成果或各类奖励的申请人

Ⅲ. Required Qualifications

1. Citizens of a country other than the People's Republic of China, be in good health both mentally and physically.

2. Age and education

2.1 Bachelor's degree holders under the age of 35 for master's programs;

2.2 Master's degree holders under the age of 40 for doctoral programs.

3. Languages

For Chinese-taught programs, Master’s degree and PhD’s degree applicants must pass HSK Level 4. Applicants whose Chinese proficiency does not reach HSK Level 4 with a score of 180 must take one year of preparatory study at a designated preparatory university.

4. Applicants with awards and achievements in scientific researches are favorable.

 

四、申请程序

（一）个人申请

申请人应于2022年12月20日之前（逾期提交的申请将视作无效）登录“金沙1005cc登录网址是多少国际学生在线服务系统”（网址：https://snnu.17gz.org/），在线填写申请信息，并将以下申请材料上传至系统：

1. 护照照片页（有效期应晚于2023年9月，如护照有效期不符合要求，请及时换发新护照）；

2. 经公证的最高学历证明（如申请人为在校学生，须提交本人就读学校出具的预计毕业证明或在学证明）；

3. 学习成绩单（自本科阶段起，直至最近一学期的中／英文成绩单，成绩单应由就读学校教务处、研究生院或有关学生管理部门开具并盖章）；

4. 语言能力证明（申请中文授课专业需提供两年有效期内的HSK4级及以上证书，英文授课专业需提供雅思或托福成绩单等）；

5. 中文或英文学习计划（不少于1000字）；

6. 两名教授或副教授出具的中/英文推荐信；

7. 年龄不满18周岁的申请人，须提交在华法定监护人的相关法律文件；

8. 《外国人体格检查表》（此表格由中国卫生检疫部门统一印制，须英文填写。缺页、未贴本人照片、照片上未盖骑缝章或无医师和医院签字盖章的检查表为无效，检查结果有效期为6个月）；

9. 由申请人所在地公安机关出具的无犯罪记录证明，通常应为提交申请之日前6个月以内的证明文件；

10. 已发表的科研论文或专利、获得的奖励等能反映科研能力及综合素质的支撑材料。

备注：以上材料应使用中/英文，如为其他语言文本，应提供中/英文翻译件并公证。

（二）学校预录取

学校对申请人进行初审、面试及综合考核后，确定拟推荐人员名单，为拟推荐人选出具预录取通知书，具体面试时间另行通知。

（三）中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统在线申请

申请人通过金沙1005cc登录网址是多少考核选拔并取得预录取通知书后，登录“中国政府奖学金来华留学管理信息系统”（http://www.campuschina.org）在线填写《中国政府奖学金申请表》，并按要求提交预录取通知书等申请材料。金沙1005cc登录网址是多少机构代码：10718，留学项目种类为B。

（四）国家留学基金委评审

国家留学基金委对申请人进行专家评审，确定最终录取名单。

Ⅳ. Scholarship Application Procedure

1. Online Application

Applicants shall log on Shaanxi Normal University Online Application System for International Students before December 20, 2022 (https://snnu.17gz.org/) (overdue application will not be accepted), fill in the application information online and upload the following application materials:

1.1 A copy of Passport Home Page. If the validity of the applicant's current passport does not meet the requirement (meaning the passport expires before September 2023), please apply for a new passport before submitting the application;

1.2 A notarized highest diploma. Prospective diploma winners must submit official proof of student status by their current school. Documents in languages other than Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations;

1.3 Academic transcripts (from the undergraduate program onwards). Copies of academic records from first to last semester during the undergraduate, graduate (if any), and doctoral programs (if any) shall be provided. These transcripts shall be issued and sealed by the attending university's academic affairs office, graduate school, or student management department.

1.4 Language qualification certificates. Applicants for Chinese-taught programs must submit valid HSK reports (HSK4 or above);

1.5 A study plan proposal. A study plan written in Chinese or English shall contain more than 1000 characters or words;

1.6 Recommendation letters. Two letters of recommendation (written only in Chinese or English) from professors or associate professors shall be submitted. These letters shall describe the applicant's objectives of learning in China, comprehensive abilities, and evaluation of future growth, as well as the cooperation between the supervisors or the exchange between universities both in China and abroad;

1.7 Applicants under the age of 18 should submit the valid documents of their legal guardians in China;

1.8 A photocopy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form completed in English(the original copy shall be kept by the applicant). The form is designed by the Chinese quarantine authority and can be obtained from the dispatching authority. The physical examinations must cover all the items listed in the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital, or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. Please select the appropriate time to take a physical examination as the result is valid for only 6 months.

1.9 Non-criminal record report. The applicant shall submit a valid certificate of Non-Criminal Record issued by the local public security authority, usually issued within 6 months prior to the submission date of the application.

1.10 Published scientific research papers or patents, awards and other supporting materials that can reflect applicant's scientific research ability and comprehensive quality.

The above materials should be in Chinese or English,and must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations if they are in foreign languages other than Chinese or English.

2. Pre-admission

The university will review application materials, organize interviews and comprehensive assessment for applicants, then announce the shortlisted candidates and issue the pre-admission letter. The arrangement of interview will be announced later.

3. Application on CSC Information System

With the pre-admission letter, the shortlisted candidates should complete the online application procedure at CSC Online Application System for International Students (http://www.campuschina.org/). The agency number of Shaanxi Normal University is 10718, and students should choose type B.

4. Accredited by China Scholarship Council

The CSC expert committee will assess all the applicants materials and the final admission list will be determined by CSC.
